Who we are
Maker Dynamic is a Dubai-based company that owns a portfolio of commercial and lifestyle-oriented destinations: a business park, a wellness and fitness destination and two automotive districts.
Our portfolio spans 1,060,000 sq ft of net leasable land across Dubai, concentrated in Al Quoz, one of the city’s most central and connected districts. We work with businesses, brands and partners looking for distinctive space in the city.
